The Nursing Supervisor: Person-Centered Care Supervisor (PCCS) in collaboration with the DON is responsible for overseeing all aspects of person centered care and coordinates with the DON and ADON 24-hour nursing management of the campus. The Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the concepts of choice, privacy, dignity, individuality and home like environment. The person must be highly visible and supervises the charge nurses along with the DON and ADON. The PCCS assists the ADON with education, training and educational guidance and support to the nursing department and all areas of Villa de Matel Center (VDMC). The PCCS functions as a team leader working well with the Director of Nursing, Human Resources and the facility Administrator to carry out the facility initiatives in accordance with CHRISTUS Health and nursing policies to promote the highest standards of quality and best practices in education and training.
The Person-Centered Care Supervisor is expected to behave in a manner consistent with the Core Values and must collaborate with other Associates and departments to ensure the overall mission is achieved.

The flowing banner also conveys a sense of motion as we move forward into a new era of service to our communities.
