Our Home Care team is looking for a Home Health Pediatric Nursing Supervisor with an acute care background, compassion and flexibility. The Home Health Nursing Supervisor is responsible for coordinating the integration of Care/Case Management functions to provide efficient and effective outcome-based, patient-centered care to both adult and pediatric populations. This individual provides day to day oversight of the department and staff, provides leadership, guidance, counseling and continuing education to staff. Assists with coordination of schedule to ensure adequate staffing levels, provides onsite leadership and support to staff, and coordinates quality initiatives and process improvements. The Home Health Nursing Supervisor serves as administrative authority for the smooth function of all units on assigned shift.
Bachelors of Science in Nursing
Current RN licensure from the State of Practice
Minimum 3 years RN experience
Previous Home Health, Hospice, or Acute Care experience is highly preferred
