As leader over Company clinics, plans, manages, directs and controls the efficient, cost effective, high quality clinic operations providing healthcare services. Manages and directs all operational areas in delivering healthcare services of high clinical and service quality while meeting or exceeding annual revenue growth, membership growth, cash flow, profit contribution and member satisfaction goals.
Leads the health plan's Patient-Centered Medical Home, the LivingWell Health Center, this key position provides leadership and day-to-day management of this innovative, advanced primary care office. This manager is responsible for the implementation and measurement of performance, processes, procedures, services, and/or personnel. This includes the recommendation of strategy for short- and long-term success, employee and physician engagement, employee recruiting/training/motivating and retention, financial & clinical results, customer satisfaction, compliance and clinical quality. This professional also works with corporate and health plan marketing resources to meet patient growth and retention objectives. This clinic represents the health plan's Advanced Medical Home concept for the Medicare Advantage population with a strong focus on meaningful physician collaboration while improving areas of quality, cost and patient access. Provide leadership and day-to-day management of clinical teams. Implements and measures performance, processes, and procedures. Responsible for creating and presenting practice materials to physicians and physician offices, financial modeling, budgeting, project management, reporting, and physician and vendor relationships. Maintains compliance with state and federal regulations, Company standard operations procedures, and OSHA policies and procedures.

Responsibilities include: building a high quality service-oriented team, manages/oversees daily operations of a multi-disciplinary team, analyzes financial information, reporting trends and patterns to identify opportunities for improvement, physicians relations/scheduling, overall direction/coordination/evaluation of site, interviewing, hiring, training employees, and appraising performance and rewarding/disciplining employees. Work with staff to develop/implement ideas for higher quality and cost effective services, review/monitor staffing levels/productivity, conduct employee staff meetings, and work with key health plan staff on budget development and management of operation for compliance with site budget. Maintain employee files, professional licenses/affiliations for sites, control overtime, evaluate/educate needs of staff. Minimum Requirements: Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN), Registered Nurse (RN), or bachelor degree in health related field or business administration. At least five years experience in health care administration. Ability to manage multiple sites / locations and organizational initiatives. Experience in application of business principles to clinical practice. Prior experience working with medical practices. Strong interpersonal and leadership abilities. Ability to travel between practices of responsibility. 5 - 7 years of experience required. 4 Year Degree. Valid state drivers’ license.
