RN Nurse Manager – Critical Care Unit (ICU/IMCU) Penn State Health St. Joseph (Reading, PA)
The Critical Care RN Clinical Nurse Manager will be responsible for daily operations of assigned areas to include but not limited to staffing, HR functions, financial performance, quality and safety, patient/staff/physician satisfaction, compliance with regulatory agencies and policy and procedure development. The RN Clinical Nurse Manager will maintain clinical competency and acts as a clinical resource. The Clinical Nurse Manager is the liaison between staff members and medical staff and is an advocate for patients/family members to ensure continuity of care.
Graduate of an accredited/approved school of nursing.
Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) required.
Minimum of three years progressive clinical leadership experience required.
Critical care (ICU) RN Registered Nurse experience required.
Current state license as a RN Registered Nurse.
BLS and ACLS required.
