This is an Open Continuous Announcement were resumes will be reviewed every two weeks. The first set of resumes that will be reviewed on December 15, 2020 The Licensed Practical Nurse provides nursing care to chronically and/or acutely ill patients under the close supervision of the Registered Nurse, nurse practitioner, and/or the physician participates in patient care planning. Serves as a member of the nursing team and provides input to team members relative to the patient's discharge plan.
