The Referral Coordinator Initiative (RCI) Operations Manager is aligned under the Group Practice Manager (GPM) with a dotted line to the Chief of Staff (COS). The Referral Coordinator Operations Manager provides direct supervisory authority and responsibility for the management, guidance, and coordination of all operational elements for the following RCT team members: Nursing, Advanced Practice Practitioners, and Medical Support Staff.
