Transplant coordinator role has direct patient contact in education and assessing potential transplant candidates in the clinic and virtual. .
This position does require on call responsibilities shared with a large team for organ offers for adult / pediatric kidney and kidney pancreas candidates. The transplant coordinator is an integral member of a larger interdisciplinary team contributing to excellence in patient care, research, and teaching and in providing leadership in the organization.
