Certified Nurse Midwife - OB/GYN

Join a thriving and enjoyable OB/GYN practice in Central Virginia who is looking for a Certified Nurse Midwife to provide women's health care for both gynecologic and obstetric patients.

Come meet our wonderful office staff. Our providers include 12 OB/GYN physicians, 2 nurse practitioners and 2 certified nurse midwives. Full-time position available. Our building has on-site ultrasound, lab and mammogram services. There is always a physician on-site available for consultation and collaboration.  We take call from only one hospital and work out of one office.  At least two years of experience preferred.

Our practice serves Lynchburg and its surrounding area with a population of ~200,000. Lynchburg is an historic town with many outdoor opportunities in the near-by Blue Ridge Mountains. Hiking, biking, fishing and enjoying the mountain streams are but a few of the activities you can enjoy. Smith Mountain Lake is one hour away with sailing, power boating and waterskiing.

Lynchburg is 2 hours west of Richmond, VA, 3 hours south of Washington, D.C. and 2 hours north of Greensboro, NC.
