Columbia is the geographic center of South Carolina, with easy access to mountains (two hours west) and nationally recognized beach resorts (two hours east). Columbia boasts a nationally acclaimed library system, highly rated schools, and many outstanding golf courses. Big time college sports abound with two major schools - the University of South Carolina, Columbia, in the Southeastern Conference and Clemson University, Clemson, Atlantic Coast Conference (two hours away). This is an OPEN CONTINUOUS ANNOUNCEMENT and will remain open until June 30, 2021. The initial cut-off date for referral of eligible applications will be 8 February 2021, with subsequent cut-off dates every Monday. Eligible applications received after that date will be referred at regular intervals or as additional vacancies occur on an as-needed basis until positions are filled. Specialist (COHN-S) and preferably Certified Case Manager (CCM), who coordinates the practice and operations within Employee Health. The COHN-S, CCM functions as an integral member of the occupational health and safety team and works in collaboration with the Employee Health Physician's Assistant, Labor Relations and Human Resource Specialists, Safety Engineers, Industrial Hygienists, Hospital Epidemiology Staff, Office of Workers' Compensation Staff and Other Care Professionals in assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating the health and safety of CVAHCS employees. He/she is directly accountable to the Associate Executive Nurse for Primary Care or the designee. Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8AM to 430PM (Subject to change depending on the needs of the organization) Financial Disclosure Report: Not required
