Adventist Health Delano is actively seeking a full time mission-minded Advanced Practice Provider to support our Urgent Care team.
The provider, along with his/her Operations counterpart, has distinct accountability for the quality of the clinical professionals and their work, production, compliance and patient care standards. This represents an outstanding opportunity to work in a supportive and compassionate environment, as a member of an organization dedicated to provide you with the necessary resources to succeed.
We???re looking for providers to join our team who: maintain responsibility for providing expert clinical care, provide comprehensive health assessments, perform medical diagnosis of acute and chronic illnesses, provide timely charting in EMR, and formulate treatment plans and or/interventions. Target patient volume is 20 patients in an 8 hour day.
Located just 30 miles north of Bakersfield, Delano is a small underserved community with strong community values. The Bakersfield/Delano area is 2 hours from Los Angeles, the central coast, and Sequoia National Park. Bakersfield boasts great schools (including a university), museums, cultural diversity and cuisine, and a plethora of outdoor activities.

Candidate must be certified, be California licensed or eligible and meet the hospital???s medical staff credentialing standards.
