Multicare Centers of Occupational Medicine is seeking a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our expanding team of dedicated providers. You must have a strong desire to practice Occupational Medicine with a focus on injury case management. This position will be based out of our Fredrickson Clinic in Puyallup, WA. Requirements:
Minimum two years experience in Occupational Medicine or related specialty
Licensed in the state of WA as a PA or ARNP by the time of employment
Board certified by the time of employment
DEA, NPI & prescriptive authority
