- Our ideal candidate is flexible, collaborative, and has hospital medicineexperience.
- The position will regularly cover Memorial Hospital Central or acombination of Memorial Hospital North, UCHealth Pikes Peak RegionalHospital and UCHealth Grandview Hospital, and will primarily focus oncross-cover on Hospitalist patients, including rapid-response team calls. Thisposition also assists with admissions.
- The schedule is for a Nocturnist and will include weekends and holidays. No call;Schedule is 7 on, 7 off shift, 12-hour shifts.

The pay range for this position is $48.37 - $69.12 / hour. Pay is dependent on the applicant's relevant experience. An annual bonus may be paid to eligible employees based upon organizational and individual performance.

Requirements for Physician Assistants
- Master's Degree in Physician Assistant Studies
- Unrestricted license to practice as a Physician Assistant in the State ofColorado.
- Physician Assistant Certification (PA-C) issued by the NationalCommission for Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA) is required forhire and must be maintained throughout employment
- Unrestricted Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) permit to prescribe allmedications commonly prescribed in the course of practice.
- Eligible to provide services reimbursable services and maintain providerstatus with Medicare and Medicaid.
- Eligible to provide services with no sanctions or exclusion from either theHealth and Human Services/Office of Inspectors General (HHS/OIG) or the GeneralServices Administration's (GSA) List of Parties Excluded from Federal Programs.
- Unrestricted medical staff membership, with appropriate practice privileges.
- Full Prescriptive Authority is required.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification issued by the American HeartAssociation or the American Red Cross
Requirements for Nurse Practitioners
- Master's degree in Nursing and graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitionerprogram
- Nurse Practitioner Certification issued by the American Nurses CredentialingCenter (ANCC) or Nurse Practitioner Certification issued by the AmericanAcademy of Nurse Practitioners Certification Board (AANPCB) is required forhire and must be maintained throughout employment.
- Unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license issued by the State Board of Nursingin the state of practice or compact privileges under the multi-state NurseLicensure Compact agreement
- Unrestricted medical staff membership, with appropriate practice privileges
- Full prescriptive authority
