JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for driving and achieving optimal business process designs and functionality within Community Health Choice by analyzing, evaluating and streamlining current business processes to ensure alignment with Community's overarching goals. Effectively work with multiple levels of organization and cross-functional project teams to improve efficiency and effectiveness of existing processes and develop new processes to support new initiatives. Responsible for developing a positive collaborative team to support the organizations strategic initiatives. . MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Work Experience: Bachelors Degree and Three (3) years related work experience; or Seven (7) years related work experience in lieu of degree.Three (3) years Managed Care / Healthcare experience required; Experience in process improvement, business consulting or Six Sigma projects preferred.
Management Experience: Two (2) years managing cross-functional teams and/or direct team supervision
Software Operated: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Visio
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: Communication Skills: Above Average Verbal (Heavy Public Contract) Exceptional Verbal (e.g., Public Speaking) Writing /Composing: Correspondence / Reports
